What will you do?
- Daily contact with clients and international dealers (by phone and/or email)
- Process and manage sales orders in our ERP system
- Handle invoicing and sales documentation (CE and ownership documents)
- Manage and update client portals
- Support at (international) boat shows and events
- Prepare sailing yachts for sea trials
What do you bring?
- HBO (Bachelor’s) level of thinking and working
- Experience in an administrative role within a commercial organization
- Affinity with the nautical sector (preferred)
- Accurate, structured, and proactive
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (German is a plus)
