What will you do?
As a composite technician, you are responsible for laminating, gelcoating, and topcoating essential components of our sailing yachts. You ensure a flawless finish for interior parts and structural elements. From creating molds to polishing final products – you make sure everything looks perfect and meets technical standards. You work independently, but always with support from an experienced team leader.
Your responsibilities:
- Laminating structural parts of sailing yachts;
- Applying gelcoat and topcoat to interiors and the inside of the hull;
- Creating and finishing molds for various components;
- Polishing and finishing composite parts to a high standard;
- Working with professional tools and equipment;
- Keeping your workspace and materials clean and safe;
- Assisting with additional workshop tasks as needed.
What do you bring?
- Experience with polyester work, laminating, or composite fabrication;
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent quality;
- Technical insight and an eye for fine finishing;
- Physically fit and precise in your work;
- You speak English and/or Polish;
- You enjoy working in a team and you take responsibility for your tasks.
